Systems Alignment Consulting
When every internal solution has been tried
and the system remains stuck,
sometimes what's needed is a view from above.

The Philosophy
"They get stuck because those closest to the problem can no longer see it clearly. An objective, aerial view changes everything."
For over 15 years, we have worked at the intersection of child welfare, juvenile justice, and systems reform, not from the outside looking in, but from inside the hardest rooms. We know what it looks like when a program has the right mission and the wrong map.
D1v1ne 1ntervent1ons exists for the moment when the organization needs more than another meeting. It needs someone who can see the full picture, name the real problem, and build the path forward across every level of the system.
That track record includes building a university-based collaborative program from the ground up — policies, tools, audits, performance metrics, and pre-college initiatives — and sustaining its operations for five years across three universities and six school districts. The program's legislative funding grew from $1.5 million to $7 million during that period.
Additionally, we led and developed an inclusive, countywide plan that engaged diverse stakeholders in a collective vision for change, using principles of community organizing and effective project management.
We quickly identify the real problem, not the presenting one, and the missing voices that hold the solution.
We translate complexity into clear frameworks that align teams, satisfy funders, and survive leadership transitions.
We build consensus from every level, so when change happens, it doesn't unravel the next time the room changes.
